Leftists have made it their mission to actively infiltrate every level of society. The Gov’t. Our Churches, Scouting, Education system, etc...it should be no surprise that the US Military is also a target.
The bigger problem is, Patriotic Americans have been totally ineffective in dealing with these infiltrations.
The biggest issue among the Patriots is most simply don’t want to get involved. They just wish to be left alone to live their lives and raise their families. This fact is easily exploited by Leftists. And they have been exploiting this attitude for decades.
For me, there is only one way to respond to a threat and I will do so, no question about it.

At a bare minimum, remove him from command ASAP. There is no room for a commander who believes those of a given race are guilty until proven innocent.

Apparently, he holds enmity for the vast majority of people in our country. He would deny it, yet how can he? If he were a vocal and doctrinal racist, with anti black or antisemitic sentiments, how long would he last as an officer in this “woke” military? Not a day. What the hell is he doing in command, then?

He should immediately sent to the most unhospitable post as possible and remain there until he resigns his commission. No hope in hell should he ever make general, although I am sure plenty of RINO senators will see to his promotion.

If he were white, he would be immediately court-martialled and receive a dishonorable discharge along with reduction in rank. Let’s see if there truly is “equality” under UCMJ for EVERYONE.
In my head I immediately composed his letter of reprimand and relief from command. From there my immediate concern would be to insure that his subordinate officers had not been “tainted by the fruit of his poisonous tree.”
From there, the Command Sergeant Major would be instructed to thoroughly examine the unit NCO chain of command, from highest ranking to lowest. Any enlisted personnel ‘found to be wanting’ should be counseled in the strongest possible terms then reassigned. But if they were found to also hold racist beliefs, then they would be dismissed from the ranks.
He should be relieved immediately.
