The changes you are referring to still required an application for Mail in voting and signature verification. Two things that did NOT happen in 2020.

The problem with the 2019 law is that expanding mail-in voting primarily serves to benefit voters who are: (1) lazy, and/or (2) stupid.
How many new Republican voters did those GOP morons in the Pennsylvania legislature think they were going to attract with that legislation?
