I realize the capitol police don't fool around. Ashli should not have climbed into that window. That said, she didn't deserve to lose her life either.
That capitol police officer or secret service guy...whoever could have easily stepped forward, grabbed the person breaching the barricade by the collar and easily...easily put the person on the floor.
Fact that those aristocrats are trying to hide the killer speaks volumes. In any court throughout this land, this guy would be charged at the very least with official oppression or manslaughter.
There was 2 cops standing close to her holding rifles and they did not try to stop her. The shooter saw she did not have a gun, he could have pushed her back through the window.

On top of that, the “person of interest” who did the shooting had no regard for the People standing behind Ashley Babbitt.
He could have even wounded or killed one of the Police Officers who were standing behind her in the Hallway.

Ashli did not “climb into that window”. Someone in the crowd broke the window, and someone else boosted Ashli onto the window sill.
John Sullivan is an Antifa member who attended the crowd on January 6. Sullivan’s brother said that Sullivan commanded an army of more than 200 leftists that day. A CNN reporter assisted Sullivan that day. She posted a video showing she and Sullivan arriving at the location just moments before Ashli got murdered. Someone needs to subpoena Sullivan’s phone records, and see who called him to that location.
