But the bigger issue in my mind is the power mad Colorado Civil Rights Commission. They are probably protected by Sovern Immunity.
These agencies can file charges against the common man every day and their targets have no choice but pay in most cases. The agencies have nearly limitless resources and will bankrupt most people if they fight. A frivolous or malicious case will normally be looked at as valid by an administrative court.
