My youngest grandson will be starting school next year, and his dad is looking at alternatives to the public schools. There's a private Evangelical school (K-12) near here, and I checked out its website. I was dismayed (and kind of shocked) to see that tuition ran from $13,000 for kindergarten to $18,000 for high school. I was hoping for something maybe half of that, at worst. I'll have to keep on looking.
