Nina was a very talented performer and very very mentally disturbed person. I am sure her daughter was very fraught and Kamala’s taunting didn’t help.
#5. Nina Simone was an early Roberta Flack, soft-voice, from the heart singer. Heard her while in college. A classy, talented singer but with some tragic demons. Let’s keep the good memories of her alive.
