Will this be required attendance or merely strongly suggested for advancement?

If they don’t get enough people from finance, LRS, Services, and the Medical Group, they’ll start making crew chiefs, and weapons troops go there for “mandatory fun”. Doubtless the Airman Leadership School people will make soon to be Staff Sergeants do something related. At a stretch, I can see can see section chiefs in maintenance units using this as punishment for tech data violations, or direct safety violations. I’d rather do three months of weekend duty, myself.
