Talk about "hedging your bets" and/or being "wishy-washy!"
When my wife asks me if I'm having an affair, I always respond with
"I don't think that there is a plan right now for my having an affair"
or
"At this instant in time, with me sitting here with you at the breakfast table, and you asking me that question, I am not currently having sex with another woman."

They’re getting worried about the economy.
Usually they rubber stamp everything from the environmental lobby.
Hopefully over the next decade the environmental obstructionists, ability to lock up resources will diminish.
