I remember way back when they were ruling on VMI male only policy. Thomas recused himself. Why have conservatives on the court if they are going to recuse themselves and throw VMI and the Citadel under the bus.

We have moved from having one swing vote on SCOTUS to having three swing votes-—ROBERTS, BARRETT, AND KAVANAUGH.
We now have a court with 3 leftists, 3 conservatives, and 3 swingers.
John Roberts believes it’s his responsibility to protect the integrity of the court not uphold the constitution.
Put it this way, we have 1.3 million lawyers in the USA and you will really have to work to find one conservative.

States should declare that they are not bound by any Supreme Court decisions, like Roe vs. Wade, that are not based in the Constitution.

The only way the SCOTUS would rule in favor of our Constitution is if Justice Thomas was Cloned eight times and all of them were seated as Associate Justices on the Court.
