The Democrats can't hide behind the rigged election because the courts will never be able to charge a single company or individual with fraud when the government itself is only there because of fraud.
Any and all actions from on a fraudulent government can be opposed and discarded because the signatures mean nothing.
Anyone who thinks President Trump is going to be “reinstated” is delusional. Overturning the certified results of a presidential election is like replaying a Super Bowl from two years ago with different teams because of a blown call earlier in the playoffs.
It’s also not the process to have a person sitting in the highest office of our land not elected by the people, but placed in that position by fraud, malfeasance, and machine manipulation.
Reinstatement the remedy.
I think the 2nd Amendment is the remedy to that problem.
It can flip when certain states decertify the elections of their US senate and House representatives.
Only if the courts agree and order it. Which they won't.
Definitely try to prove the fraud, but your scenario is unrealistic. It’s unlikely you will be able to convince enough people to create the degree of
pressure on Congress or Biden or Harris or the courts that your scenario presumes.

Yeah I don’t understand where this idea of reinstatement comes from. It’s wishful thinking. We don’t have a process for undoing stolen elections.
Biden, Obama and the whole criminal gang could openly announce that they stole the election through massive vote fraud and nothing would happen.
The only positive that could come out of these audits is that the American people as a whole could finally demand secure voting. Voter ID. An end to anything that allows elections to be gamed.
Mexico of all places has a very secure voting system. The only reason that we don’t is because the thieves controlling the Democratic party are adamantly opposed to secure voting and the spineless Republican party won’t force the issue.

In 2000, Mexico voted for the first non-PRI candidate in a long time - some people think it was because the steal was so obvious in 1994.
