I don’t take seriously someone who uses a word like stimmy, ostensibly to save typing 2 characters. Either that or trying to sound cool? In the first couple of paragraphs there are a couple of not well written sentences. I don’t want to decipher what they are trying to say. Editing is good. Not to mention that it is pretty well understood that inflation is upon us. It was inevitable. I told people that were getting the free money to spend it right away because inflation is coming. That was ten months ago. I also predicted that commodity prices would go up because of the flooding in China. That was a year ago.
Of course rents are soaring. The “pandemic” gave people months and months of free rent before they moved to tents by the freeway. Landlords have no way to get that money back but they still have the mortgage expenses and taxes to pay. Did anyone give landlords a moratorium on mortgage and tax payments?
