To: Tired of Taxes
I remember that when Tyson was on trial for raping a groupie who went to his hotel room at 1:00 in the morning, one of the Kennedy nephews was also on trial for raping a woman whom he had taken to the Chappaquiddick compount to "meet his uncle Ted and see the place." Then during a "walk on the beach", he threw her down onto the sand and raped her.

The Kennedy nephew was found not guilty, but Tyson was found guilty. That really ticked me off at the time as being a double standard of justice.

Oh, that’s right... I forgot all about that Kennedy case. Both the Tyson and Kennedy cases were he said-she said, too.

One factor that might’ve weighed against Tyson was that his alleged victim was only 18 years old.
