If that comic isn’t intentionally disparaging Trump, then Garrison has never read Quixote.
It is not flattering to compare President Trump to Don Quixote. In the stories Don Quixote is renowned for his courage, his chivalry and his good heart. But he is also delusional, and perceives enemies instead of the reality of windmills. So when he tilts at windmills there is no path to victory. He does not win, and is not respected for trying.
"It's not a First Amendment case. And Dershowitz, delusional though he is, knows this," said Constitutional law professor Miranda Yaver.
Democratic Rep. Ted Lieu said, "Tomorrow I'm suing Fox News for not having me on every day, and the NY Times for not publishing my OpEds, because First Amendment. Awww, just kidding. Unlike delusional Dershowitz, I read the First Amendment and it does not apply to private sector companies."
