Unfortunately, Biden is going to work with the WHO and they will decide who gets how many doses. And since China runs the WHO, Vietnam gets NADA. China will control what you get, and it probably won’t be American vaccines, but “Made in China”.

Vietnam should buy the Russian vaccines.
