The low-level police receive little benefit from the regime as they are only one level from the bottom of the pyramid scheme.
Praying they join this in huge numbers.
So what was the biden response?

Also know both Russia & China have major signal intelligence facilities inside of #Cuba which are used to intercept and spy on telephone and electronic communications inside the United States.

I warned about this earlier today.
It is happening and will continue.
By the way, they use a system made, sold & installed by #China to control and block access to the internet in #Cuba.
“millions of Cubans took to the streets” -— Yesterday it supposedly was thousands?
Million Man Math?
“...We call for calm and condemn any violence...”
That’s more than they said during the Portland riots
Thanks but try try to provide essential meat of an article in excerpts:
Peaceful protests are growing in #Cuba as the Cuban people exercise their right to peaceful assembly to express concern about rising COVID cases/deaths & medicine shortages. We commend the numerous efforts of the Cuban people mobilizing donations to help neighbors in need. — Julie Chung (@WHAAsstSecty) July 11, 2021
ho-lee-crud! Did anyone here know this was going on?
This is huge!
I had a friend from Germany that had met her husband during the war. Her entire family were stuck in east Berlin. When the wall came down she cried and cried, because she had been unable to communicate for so many years.
Statement by President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. on Protests in Cuba

STATEMENTS AND RELEASES
We stand with the Cuban people and their clarion call for freedom and relief from the tragic grip of the pandemic and from the decades of repression and economic suffering to which they have been subjected by Cuba’s authoritarian regime. The Cuban people are bravely asserting fundamental and universal rights. Those rights, including the right of peaceful protest and the right to freely determine their own future, must be respected. The United States calls on the Cuban regime to hear their people and serve their needs at this vital moment rather than enriching themselves.

Something changed.
High prices, food shortages fuel Cuba's biggest anti-government protests in decades July 12, 2021 / 7:21 AM / CBS/AP Havana — Thousands of Cubans marched on Havana's Malecon promenade and elsewhere on the island Sunday to protest food shortages and high prices amid the coronavirus crisis, in one of biggest anti-government demonstrations in memory. Many young people took part in the afternoon protest in the capital, which disrupted traffic until police moved in after several hours and broke up the march when a few protesters threw rocks.
Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel appeared on television to condemn the protests, and he called on supporters of the government to take to the streets in response.
"We're calling on all of the revolutionaries in the country, all of the communists, to come out onto the streets and to go to the places where these provocations are going to take place," Díaz-Canel said. "The combat order is given: To the streets, revolutionaries.
His words drew another [obscure] tweet from Chung in the U.S., who said the American government was "deeply concerned by 'calls to combat' in #Cuba."
The commies will squash the freedom fighters like bugs unless there is outside help.

It’s easy being a communist in a free country. It sucks being a communist in a communist country.
We join you in your prayers for this to happen:
“The low-level police receive little benefit from the regime as they are only one level from the bottom of the pyramid scheme.”
Praying they join this in huge numbers.
Exactly what will happen if the US government doesn't immediately get behind the Cuban people.
But what is the chance of that?
Good point.
Not much I’m afraid.
