tell her to get out....take whatever cash she can get, send it out in the mail maybe to you, and have her take a vacation to Italy, etc, with essential clothes, meds, jewels, etc....
the govt doesn't allow them to take all of their money I know but a little can go a long way when you're facing rape and murder.
