No, it wouldn't, at least not directly. An association with some local org like the communist front, American Indian Movement, is far more likely. Now AIM, as an org, could well be working with foreign powers like Russia or communist China (CCP). Russia and China were/are both very much behind the chaos in the streets here, helping to instigate the unrest via propaganda through social media and elsewhere.

It's not even that. It's a nervous grimace, it's what teens will do when confronted with something or someone dramatic that they have no experience in. It's the default look they will get when they don't know what to do, what to say, how to react - boys and girls both will do it. Anyone who's had to work around a lot of youngsters will recognize what that is and why it happens. That's what happened when creepy old drummer dude got in his face - Sandmann's brain locked on how to handle it, so out came the grimace. I knew it the second I saw that. He's not some devious KKK guy, he was just being a kid and they're picking on him for it.

[Nicholas] Sandmann — who was accused of being a bigot and racist, along with his other classmates — finally came forward Sunday to defend himself in a statement, saying the whole story had been misconstrued. Hours later, more video emerged showing how the Covington students were the ones initially being accosted.

In fact, an entirely different group of protesters — who called themselves members of the Black Hebrew Israelites group — had been taunting and shouting hateful things at the teens for no apparent reason other than their professed fandom of President Trump.

“Y’all dirty-ass little crackers, your day is coming,” one of the group can be heard saying on video.

That caused multiple media outlets and public figures to shift their stances on the Covington controversy. Countless people have deleted tweets and other statements made on social media blasting the students as well.

“It is clear from new footage and additional accounts that there is more to this story than the original video captured,” said March for Life organizers on Sunday, just one day after calling the students’ behavior “reprehensible.” ...”

Nick Sandmann has excellent, effective lawyers. I’m sure they will carefully screen the film and take appropriate action.

Nick is a public figure now (not by choice) but even public figures can sue for libel and defamation under certain circumstances. I hope the film’s creator understands the magnitude of the liability he is creating for himself, the studios, distributors, theaters, etc.

Yes, it would have been better to just let the matter go. But these people are so full of themselves that they have to do spiteful acts no matter how damaging they are to themselves or others.
