Rutgers University-Camden will remove a statue of the famous poet Walt Whitman from the center of campus as a result of activists’ petitions and a recommendation from a committee of scholars.
The statue of Whitman, featured prominently in the front courtyard of Camden’s Campus Center, will be “relocated to a historically relevant site on campus and contextualized,” interim Chancellor Margaret Marsh recently announced in an email to students and employees.
That new location has yet to be announced by campus officials.

I'll give the Muslims this -- they're pretty consistent about the no-graven-images thing, although they really take it a bit too far IMO.
A monument consisting of a huge stone and a suitably sized pedestal should be erected in the statue’s place. The pedestal inscription to read:
“Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.”
An accompanying plaque will “contextualize” the monument (without attribution to the inscription’s author) and explain that, at the time, the pronoun “he” was understood to apply to all human beings without exception.
They all say Whitman was homosexual.

Yes. That’s why they are tearing it down. After all, the Whitman’s Sampler has more milk chocolate than dark chocolate. Such systemic racism must be erased. And commie chocolate must take its place.
The most appropriate statue in Camden New Jersey would be a giant crack pipe.
It seems all the attention (brought on and strenuously pushed) on whether to vaccinate or not to vaccinate has directed attention away from actions of the liberal left to directly remove and destroy the founding, history, and freedom of our great country...
BOTH left and right spend so much time, attention, and energy on this vaccination thing that the left is having no problem tearing down our country...
