Wasn’t this the case in Al Gore Junior’s big recounts in Democrat precincts in Florida? Each time Gore got less votes or Bush got more?
Your reading this wrong. The republicans after recount had more votes than the original count. They were shorted by the machines. The democrat that asked for the recount lost by a much larger margin than was originally counted.
My first thought at the headline was that very obese female election workers were bringing in ballots hidden in their fat folds.
