Hi.
“the Federal Reserve’s monetary policy”
No mention of government regulations (Agr, BLM), or treaty compliance (State)?

“ I paid $17 and change for an 8’ pressure treated 4x4 a few weeks ago.”
I paid less than half that yesterday! I hope to pay half of what I paid tomorrow and half again every day until it is no longer profitable for lumber companies to do business. When I lived in Italy I could not believe hoe large homes could be built with hardly any wood.

It’s good to see prices coming back down. Like a lot of folks, I’ve back-burnered all of my summer projects. Been too damn hot anyway.
