I have to wear one because as you know Doctor I work in an ER. I like my job and at my age and my health working in a hospital ER is a blessing. But wearing the damn thing has nearly ruined my face. My nose is almost constantly red and sore, my cheeks are chapped and chaffing even with using moisturizer. I'm sick and tired of breathing my own stale breath after half an hour even with constant teeth brushing. I have no idea when our hospital execs are going to end the wearing of these damned things. I'm beginning to suspect it will be permanent.
