OK, at first I wanted to say BS.

But then I realized it is in England.

No surprise, English government has been a disaster for hundreds of years.

Corruption and worthless Royals and elites created this for generations.

Not necessarily, went to Kroger today to get a donut for my daughter, they had none at 930am, the case was completely empty. I asked the worker there and she said not enough people came to work so they weren’t made.

Yup. You got it.

I hate to live in ‘’jolly old England’’.
Doesn’t sound very jolly.

My wife is British. Her children, grandchildren and her brother all live in the UK, in different parts of the country. She chats with one or more of them every day and none of them have mentioned any kind of food shortage.

The western world is really led by a bunch of 3rd rate hacks. The advisors to the elected leaders are not capable of thinking about the ramifications and 2nd order consequences of their ideas.

Here in the USA a Biden advisor says that everyone who doesn’t get the vaccine should be forced to pay out of pocket for covid tests. Brilliant! So you get these people who think they may be infected or exposed but they don’t want to or can’t pay for the test and end up spreading it around to 100s of others.

In the UK, they send you a text message “you might have been exposed because you were at a pub last week” and half the country has to go into quarantine. Who thought this was a good idea? The UK PM had very severe covid, was hospitalized, recovered, and then jabbed. Now he’s back in quarantine himself!

Bumbling fools.

But we’re never far behind England.

It was when I was watching what was happening in China last year before Covid hit our shores, that I started stocking up on stuff.

When the lock down happened and the store shelves were stripped bare because everyone was panic buying because they didn’t have two weeks worth of food in their house, I just sat back and watched the meltdown.

I think there’s a lot of wisdom in watching other areas of the world because sooner or later it’s coming here, whether it’s genuine or manufactured because the powers that be can’t pass up an opportunity to control us more, is kind of irrelevant.

Either way, if you’re stuck without food and supplies, you’re screwed.

But then I realized it is in England.

I had the same initial reaction since I went grocery shopping two night ago and the store was well-stocked. I also only saw two face diapers.

The Brits must even more gullible and easily led by the media than our leftists.
