Another reason to flee California ASAP. But in the meantime, there’s nothing preventing anyone from building their own gaming rig with exactly the same equipment and at a much cheaper price than Dell would charge.

I strongly encourage Californians to stay in their state. I don’t want them in my purple state, they would turn it deep blue.
I prefer to build my own computers, and have been for over 20 years. However, I’m not so sure it’s cheaper than a pre-built anymore. Especially with the insane prices on video cards and RAM we’re seeing.
I would like to comment, but I’m too busy opening my computer store in Las Vegas.
