No you're not wrong. I know several church members whose kids came back from camp with cold symptoms. Many tested positive for covid. Two or three days and they were done. Even older people I know who got it from these kids either had no symptoms or "crusty" eyes...that was it.
I'm not convinced that these covid tests aren't just measuring known covid colds that have been around forever.

I’m not in favor of forcing everyone to submit. I am opposed to the false and misleading information about the vaccines fostered by the anti-vaxxers.

My parents lived in Birmingham for a few years when I was in college. Didn’t know anyone down there, but it seemed like a very nice place. Pretty girls and fire ants. That is what I remember about Birmingham.
We have 3,400,000 deaths per year (all causes). That means 3.3% of deaths would be from the cheyna virus, even if it were to maintain the 314 deaths/day rate.
For whatever reason we quit talking about the other 3,285,000 deaths every year. And that's even assuming the 314 deaths/day were all covid deaths anyway.
Just trying to maintain a perspective of what they want us all freaking out over. That'd be almost as bad as if they wanted to call 700 racial murders (including both black-on-white and white-on-black with hispanics lumped into "white") per year with a nation of 350,000,000 people as "systemic racism". Could you imagine if they tried to tell us that? LOL
Keep wondering, where exactly they are putting all the illegals who ae poring into our country. We really should try to find out. It could give us a clue where and how to fight the election wars.

My daughter came home from came with a sore throat and common cold symptoms. She sounded awful and was scheduled to work in a public venue, so I made her go to the doctor. The doctor asked her if she wanted a covid test. She said no. The doctor asked her if she wanted a strep test. She said no. The doctor diagnosed that she had a summer cold and sent her on her way. She had this snotty cold for weeks. Subsequent camp weeks had Covid cases.
A Relative of ours has the Kung Flu.
She is 78 Years Old and had already been Vaccinated.
So far her symptoms have been mild and the only treatment her MD Prescribed is a Z Pak.
It is apparent to anyone with a Brain that the Vaccine is not even close to 100% effective, but it appears that once Vaccinated the severity of symptoms if you do catch the Kung Flu are lessened.
A 40 Year Old Friend of our also caught the Kung Flu after being Vaccinated and had very mild symptoms. The first “rapid” Test he got was negative, but that Test isn’t very reliable. A follow up “regular” Test came out Positive.
The so called Delta Variant is less severe than the original Kung Flu Strain, but it may be more easily transmitted.
Of course this whole Kung Flu debacle is full of guesses and suppositions that have only fed the Political crap being used to attack our Constitutional Rights.
