American investors are asking whether China Inc. is still worth the risk following a widening series of regulatory crackdowns that have wiped some $400 billion off the value of U.S.-listed Chinese companies.
Investors ranging from pension fund Orange County Employees Retirement System in California to money manager William Blair & Co. are rethinking their portfolios following Beijing’s decision last week to curtail the operations of China’s for-profit tutoring industry along with its ongoing campaign to rein in tech companies....

Mike Lindell is making statements about the Routers in Arizona that I’m 100% sure can’t be supported.....
He just made the statement that the reason Maricopa County doesn’t want to turn over the routers is because the Routers contain the same packet captures they have in their possession.....
I am fairly confident that the routers do not contain any packet captures....
I am speaking strickly about Cisco System Routers which are by far the most installed routers compared to any competitor....
Routers DO NOT have hard drives, they have very, very little storage capacity, the vast majority have 1 or 2 versions of the OS they run and a configuration file that gets loaded should the router be power cycled.....
Packet Captures can generate tons of information, far more information than could be stored on any router, if Mike Lindell has packet captures from Maricopa County, they came from some backup server if they even exist...
Lindell has been making a lot of big promises.
Either he delivers or no one will ever believe another word he says.
And his business will suffer too.

Mike must have had someone recording traffic real time, right off the web. Other than the government system that Snowden disclosed, I am not aware of traffic flow being captured and stored at the packet level.
By Default routers do not capture anything, so capturing packets has to be configured, on Cisco Routers they’re dozens of different types of captures that can be configured, once you decide what to capture, because it generates so much traffic, the packet captures and sent to a Log Server to store and archive.....
As for what’s been configured on the router, you can turn the captures off with one command that takes 2 seconds to issue....
so even if they were capturing packets back on November 3, there is no guarantee they still are...
