Since “we the people” have been sitting back and permitting this illegitimate “government” to subvert and attack our sovereignty for some time now, I fully agree with your assessment. How much more of this garbage are we willing to put up with?

I think processing is done manually:

“When a tenant creates their profile with the Support Center, they are given an application number and are asked for their landlord’s email address. If the landlord’s email is provided, the landlord will receive an email from the Support Center directly with a secure link allowing the landlord to provide the necessary information (i.e. the ledger, RRP Landlord Tenant Household Agreement, and their Virginia W-9) .

“If a landlord’s email is not provided as part of the tenant application, the landlord and tenant must cooperate and have the landlord email their documents to the Support Center (rrplandlord@deval.us) referencing the application number in the subject line. Not referencing the application number in the subject line will cause delays in processing.”

I think Kavanaugh made it somewhat clear that he was voting to prevent immediate eviction Armageddon by giving Congress a month to do something. This rests squarely on SanFranNan’s shoulders. She was too busy trying to nail Trump a third time with her sham of a commission.

Willful disregard for the law is no longer punishable.

For the political elites & ruling class, that's absolutely true.

For you and I, it's another story entirely.

It takes the whole village of government idiots to do this much damage to a country.

I don’t want to pay car insurance. Can the CDC fix that?

And my cat wants free food. Get on the ball, CDC fuhrer.

I'll send over some of the excess mice from around here ....

CDC argument is fear-fear-fear

Any injury to Plaintiffs caused by a temporary administrative stay is outweighed by the risk of illness and mortality if the moratorium targeting areas of high or substantial transmission is unnecessarily lifted at this moment when new cases are rapidly increasing due to the highly contagious Delta variant.

I suspect that the reason the Biden admin continued the rent moratorium (knowing it would be ruled unconstitutional) is to shift the “blame” from their radial base. This way, they can say “We tried but the courts would not let us.”

” How much more of this garbage are we willing to put up with?”

Between 1795 and 1812, the British used impressment to kidnap 20,000 US sailors to man British war vessels during the Napoleonic wars.

You tell me when the “enough” button gets pushed.

It takes over seven months to get out checks to landlords?

Exactly. The money was sent to the states to disburse.

Only $3 billion was actually disbursed.

It's in the (Democrat) pipeline.

There are billions in rental assistance available which hasn't been applied for. I believe it is the renter who has to apply for it, and why take the trouble to do so if they're not going to get evicted no matter what? So turn it around. Let the property owners apply for the money. It's really for them anyway and they will be willing to take the trouble to apply for it.

There has been more than enough time to apply and receive rental assistance at this point. Anyone facing eviction today most likely is not qualified for rental assistance because they have adequate income. These people are just living rent free because there is no consequence.

How about this. End the moratorium and let me have my say in court. The tenant can plead their case and show their evidence I can show mine.

And they're evicted, you sue for back rent, they declare bankruptcy, you're out your money. Under my idea at least you get paid.

If I haven't got paid by now I'm not going to get paid. The federal aid was approved in January. Obviously the tenant does not qualify for aid. This is true for 90% of the supposed future evictions. My tenant is not even living in the apartment. Before she moved out Amazon was delivering packages twice a day. Furthermore I can only imagine the strings attached with whatever bill congress passes. I don't want to nationalize my property. I just want to go to court and move on. This moratorium is completely unconstitutional. And if this does not get a supreme court ruling against this order then look for all housing in the future to be nationalized.

That line was crossed when that Kenyan POS was allowed to enter our White House, in my humble opinion.

And you did exactly what when your line was crossed?
