1)He shuffles in with a mask on and puts it in the back of his binder. He will not put it on to exit, proving that Covid is only a threat when entering a room but not exiting - he follows the science.
2) He reads the teleprompter, rushing, slurring, pretending to understand what the words mean. He will again brag about how the evacuations are going.
3) He will not take questions, if he does, it will be from a prepared list he will look at because he is too demented to take unrehearsed questions.

My concern is the brief news summaries and now his prepared talk today will state “————(number) of people have been successfully evacuated under our plan as of this morning.”
The TV news viewers: “Gosh, that number sounds like a whole lotta people. All those people are out safe. This Biden knows what he’s doing.” “Yeah, I think so, too. A lot of people have left.”
