In a perfect world, someone as adored by hippies as much as RFK would have NEVER gotten as far as he did.
I think had he been President, the love affair Hippies had with RFK would have worn off very quickly. Even Reagan had remarked how conservative RFK was sounding, on that fateful night of the California Primary.
