Kraken was a fraud. Plain and simple. Good for the Judge. Any lawyer that lies to the press will lie in pleadings and court. Sidney wasn’t all that good in the General’s case either; at least not in the Appeals courtroom. That’s why Trump issued the pardon. Sidney and Avenatti loved that TV.
