what about people who can’t afford a cell phone?
I think that they can get one free in Californicator land.
We use Tracfone, and they apparently have some current deal if your income is below a certain level with a phone and a lot of time.

As I’ve said before, when you elect a ‘mommy government’ to ‘take care of you’, which most former British colonies seem to love, you will get a MOMMY GOVERNMENT.
And while your mommy may have been soft and sweet, other mommies are STRICT, and those mommies tell you where you can go, when you can go, who can play with, and what you can say. And it sure looks like those ‘mommies’ are the ones who rise to the top in politics.
