Thank you for your service. Hard to argue with someone who served. I thought there was some sense in the armed forces that he approved very restrictive ROE’s. What do you think on that issue?
Apples and Oranges when compared to the o admin. All ROE are restrictive, its their nature...they weren’t particularly restrictive. we had everything we needed to fight.
