Quick and simple fix………..
All Joey needs to do is STOP PAYING PEOPLE NOT TO WORK!
Stop paying people more than their earned wage.
Stop paying people bonuses for nothing.
They won’t go back to work until the gravy train ends.
STOP the drugs & people will no longer be spending $$$ on drugs & might be employable.

And if I personally know of three completely employable people that have been working for CASH on the side for the duration of CovidBS-19 shutdowns while riding this Gravy Train, then there are tens of thousands more doing the same.
