“There is no right to refuse a vaccination in the US military. What you’ve just done is inciting a mutiny. You might want to read up on the penalties for that.”

The last I heard a civilian can say what they want to say. Is this person in the active military?

What law is this civilian violating?

Is this a ghost hack account?

Not relevant. You have heard about shouting fire in a crowded theater? Or have you heard about ‘fighting words’. So, no, your freedom of speech has limits. Inciting a member of the military to disobey orders is outside that limit. Check with your attorney.
