Until they can figure out how to say the virus is an outside the country attack, at which time he will have to name the country that started the attack and how it got here like thousands coming across the southern border, the feds can’t create covid-19 rules to the general public, only federal employees.
The Tenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution reads, “The powers not delegated to the United States [the federal government] … are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” As the Constitution does not grant control of health care to Washington, health care should be “reserved to the States.”
Control of the health care attached to covid is a state job.
