President Biden on Thursday mandated COVID-19 vaccines for about 100 million US workers, but the more than 600,000 letter-carriers and administrative staff of the US Postal Service reportedly won’t have to get a shot.
A White House official confirmed the exemption to Washington Post postal reporter Jacob Bogage, adding that “we strongly encourage them to comply with these standards” anyhow.
It was not immediately clear why postal workers — who serve every community in the United States, often with daily door-to-door deliveries and contact with millions of Americans — would be exempted from new mandates that apply to most federal workers and companies with 100 or more staff…

So...there’s an equal protection legal issue, correct?
So let me get this straight here; as of now ‘everybody’ employed by the goverment or by large corporations has to get the shot. Exceptions include Postal Workers, and Congress, Oh and all those illegals streaming into the US via Southern borders, it’s just fine if they just say ‘No’

If the USPS is exempt than the entire mandate is unenforceable.
I’ve always felt this entire thing has been run by Pelosi out of her truly insane hatred of the very existence of Donald Trump. Mail-in voting was her big thing last year. and by the way, she was pictured hanging out with George Soros and his son last weekend. The photo was posted on FR today.

If that’s what the regime says, then absolutely! How confident are you in the courts bringing some kind of equality of reality here? Fauci, CDC, Big Tech/World Media, 75% of judges, 75% Uniparty (D and R) all concur with the regime line no matter how ridiculous or how many people they kill.

Well since USPS workers are Democrats..they will be able to throw out those Republican ballots so obviously Biden wants to make sure that they dont have to be forced to be vaccinated

If it is an emergency affecting the health of all citizens equally, the there is no reasonable argument for excluding any particular group, at least not one so large as to obviate the intended effect of the emergency decree, and therefore in this case the agency has exercised its discretion unreasonably which invalidates the decision.
Exactly. It almost seems like that could’ve been intentionally left in there as a way for the courts to strike it down. Not really sure what to think at this time.
