Freepers blaming Pence for the rigged election need to cite the Constitutional or statutory provisions allowing him to de-certify it for fraud. Sure, he could have condemned the fraud and backed Trump over the Capitol incident more forcefully, but he couldn’t pretend to have authority that he didn’t have.
