Hardly, if anyone’s been paying attention, you’d realize the Executive Branch is in charge. The President calls maybe 10% of the plays. They will listen to suggestions from him. Maybe if it advances the cause they will implement. The rest he does what he’s told. Proof? “I’m saying too much.”, says Joe Biden.
I don’t know...I see him digging his heels in and getting furious if they suggest a strategic change. His impulse is to double down and get angry.
He agrees entirely with whatever agenda the cabal is putting out, but he’s being so arrogant and aggressive about implementing it that I think some of them may realize that he’s becoming a liability.
