A Virginia high school teacher posted a video criticizing the concept of students behaving themselves and sitting quietly in class as part of White supremacy.
"I stated that PBIS is White supremacy with a hug and a lot of y'all wanted to know more about that," the teacher said in the video that was originally posted to his TikTok account in May. The teacher was referring to Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), which is framework used by Virginia public schools "to support positive academic and behavioral outcomes for all students."
The teacher appears to be Josh Thompson, an English teacher at Blacksburg High School.
The Montgomery County School District told Fox News of the video that, "A teacher is entitled to their personal belief regarding any division program. The statements made by this teacher do not reflect our PBIS program or the behavioral expectations that we have of students in our schools."
The school district also noted "MCPS has used PBIS in our schools for eight years. We are proud of our PBIS work. This work helps create a standard for social-emotional learning and behavior expectations in the school building."

yup...
antifa fag
“The teacher appears to be Josh Thompson, an English teacher”
Surely teaching English is a largely white supremacist thing. He should resign and seek another career.
What is an example of Black Supremacy?
Ok, well I guess my retirement school bus driver job is a lock then.
They all will NOT be ready for a job.....
China is so going to wipe the USA off the globe if this continues.
Can I apply this logic to the vaccine debate?
So when a student sez to FO when told to wear a mask, he is a warrior hero?
See how that plays...
The little fag teaches ‘English’, not logic. “Ain’t nobody got time fo dat!” said my heroine when a fire broke out in her building.
Our local school district had to do away with part of the PBIS program- having parties to celebrate good behavior at the end of a month or even week. Why? Because several students were caught performing sexual acts on each other (behind the bleachers in the gym was one; in the bathroom was another location). Did I mention this was in an elementary school and the kids were 5th grade???
Then all her students better become teachers because being on time and following directions is critical to keeping a real job
Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)
All of these programs are trying to do just one thing. Somehow control the out-of-control children without using what used to be called discipline or punishment. The reason for that, of course, is that the demographics of the children punished is no recorded and God help the school district the punishes certain demographics out of proportion to their enrollment.
It is odd, but no one rails against the fact that one demographic group, boys, tends to be punished at a much higher rate than another, girls. This carries on to imprisonment, but the same groups that cry ‘racism’ are strangely silent when it comes to the differences in male/female crime rates.
I retired before our ‘brownie point’ system was implemented. Besides knowing it was doomed to failure, I thought it was teaching kids the wrong lesson. You don’t get a pat on the back at work for showing up on time, on the contrary, you get fired if you don’t.
Josh Thompson,
SPJNK.
Perhaps a decade ago I did several dance programs for a DC middle school, very ethnically mixed. I had some fans among the teachers because my sessions tied in a bit of history and math as well as getting the kids to listen and follow directions.

on the other, I'll take "white supremacy."
Of course, the whole premise of this statement is absurd and comes from a twisted "mind" (if you can even call it that).
Anything not mindless chaos is “white supremacy”.
There is such a thing as “Successful Culture.” Certain behaviors lead to great success. Certain behaviors work against someone’s success. Skin color has little to do with it.
But certain pockets of people do practice behaviors that fight success, and other pocket of people emulate successful behaviors.
It’s all true on its face, but it’s hard to change, so blame whites.
