Private sector mortgages might soon require a fairly high down payment.

Before zoning became popular, a down payment might have been 50%.

Private purchase mortgage insurance might become unavailable in California.

Not really-—That is a MYTH.

IF developers are going to try to pry MY property from me so they can build 10 units on it, I am going to hold on for a VERY LARGE PRICE.

The pressure on local schools & transit will me a nightmare.
