If it matters to you, killing an enemy combatant is killing, not murder. They are definitely domestic enemies of the constitution and they’ve been at war with the rest of us for decades. What people may not understand about QR codes is that it will tie all your personal information together in a neat database and what you’re allowed to do, based on your social credit score, will be controlled somewhere centrally.
