There were so many sprouts that it wasn’t clear for a number of cases whether it was the Clinton Campaign itself, one of its allies, or the cronies in the FBI. Not that they are exactly separate, but you have to pin down exactly who did what in order to prosecute/sue.

The Clintons excelled at that kind of subterfuge. Do you remember all of the scandals where you’d have like 5 different illegal actions traced back to the same group of 3 lawyers, but you couldn’t prove which of the 3 did exactly which crime.
