The most likely result is, in my opinion, that the “right to abortion” isn’t absolute (=may be limited by the states), but Roe v. Wade won’t be explicitly overturned. Thomas, Alito and Gorsuch will want to overturn Roe v. Wade because it has no basis in the Constitution. I am not sure about Barrett. She may or may not join them. Kavanaugh will be the swing vote.
I agree. It will be upheld in a vote 6 to 3. Barrett, Alito and Thomas will br emphatic,
the others will say it’s accepted law.
At the very least, they might let the states determine the parameters, but they will not overturn it.
OTOH, with Trump in the WH, it would be overturned maybe even 6 to 3.
