Incorrect. She used a common libel defense saying she’s allowed to make charges in a lawsuit that are then resolved in court, and also to speak about those charges. And no reasonable person would take the charges as true until the resolution of the case.
Of course, no court would hear the suit because our courts are corrupt.
No ..what she said is that no reasonable person would take what she said as fact..and that is exactly what so many here did..even to the point of one poster claiming i was jealous of her because i didnt believe her and said her lawsuit would go nowhere.
