Gives a whole third meaning to the term ‘corn hole’
An internet search of this company shows that they have been working on this for a long time, and that the company has no website.
This is blatantly illegal, it is unbelievable they did not know this from the very outset. You cannot dose people with pharmaceutical agents without their knowledge.
This is all under the assumption that laws are even enforced anymore except when convenient for those in power.
I just read where like 99% of grown corn is feed corn. Sweet corn and popcorn corn is literally 1% of what’s grown. Hard to imagine.
Yeah, I have a lot of heritage seeds, mostly from Baker Creek stashed away, including a couple types of corn. I bought most of it ten years ago when they still had the guarantee.
They made it illegal in the town I used to live in to feed the deer and elk. The deer attained ‘vermin status’ about 15 years ago, outnumbering the people about 3 to one and the elk are proliferating there too, probably a couple of thousand within the settled areas.
Human race eats GM corn with anti-sperm antibodies and dies out. Just part of the Human Extinction Movement.
This reminds me of an article I read 8 or 10 years ago where they were working with animal viruses in a lab to enhance their ability to infect humans.
I wonder what ever happened with that project?
There was a VERY good Alfred Hitchcock Hour Season 3 episode (1964) entitled “Consider Her Ways”, where the development of an effective rat poison winds up killing the entire male population and genetic tricks have to be employed to continue an all-female society.
It is well-written, and I won’t give away the ending. (DON’T read the IMDB summary, as it is filled with spoilers) Watched like a longer Twilight Zone episode. I don’t know where to watch it for free.
The real question here is:
Why would anyone want to develop corn with this trait?
Only someone who intends to rid the world of humans and many major animals.
That brands everyone involved in its development insane, criminally insane and subject to prosecution as such.

Reminds me of a story I read about 55 years ago in which a scientist accidentally creates a chemical that kills Yellow Mice. Yellow rats, yellow birds, yellow cats. Anything yellow dies.
When he shows his find to the world he warns the Chinese scientists to take extra caution to not touch the substance.
At the last of the story we have the Chinese scientist ordering variations of the chemical, then orders “a thousand white mice. NO, better make that ten thousand white mice”
