Read the bill. What they are labeling “infrastructure” is bail out to Amtrak, mass transit and other “green” failures.

The 1.2 trillion goes to infrastructure, as long as one accepts that can mean more than roads. There’s also railroad money, water system money, broadband money, public transit, airports, electric grid.
