I’d be all for it as long as it also includes women too and have a means testing clause. If you don’t have the money then you can’t have any kids. And I’d also include pets with that. There are many “adults” who can’t afford kids or pets.

Similar to actions and decisions promoting induced abortion, proposing this bill embodies a conspiracy to commit genocide, a form of mass murder. It should be addressed and punished under the criminal code as such--as well as conferring immunity on private citizens who interfere, verbally or physically, at any place or time, with those attempting to promote or act upon it--inasmuch as such citizens would be acting in self-defense.
I would advise anyone who is assigned to come to my house with a pair of scissors to carry out this order to find another career, with a quickness.
