Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry said on Monday that President Joe Biden “literally had not been aware of what had transpired” in upsetting France over last month’s nuclear-powered submarine deal the United States did with Australia.
“President Biden asked me about it, and I told him, and expressed…,” said Kerry in an interview with French cable channel BFMTV.
“You told Joe Biden that it was not the right…,” asked an interviewer.
“He asked me. He said, ‘what’s the situation?’ and I explained exactly, uh… He was he had not been aware of that, he literally, literally had not been aware of what had transpired,” said Kerry. “And I don’t want to go into the details of it, but suffice it to say, that that the president… My president is very committed to, um, strengthening the relationship and making sure that this is a small event of the past and moving on to the much more important future.”
The deal, known as AUKUS, seeks to allow Australia to protect itself in the Indo-Pacific from the threat posed by China. However, France was upset that Australia reneged on a $66 billion nuclear-powered submarine deal that the two sides had in 2016.
There must be some reason extreme Liberal John Kerry is exposing Biden as a president who is ‘not aware’ of what big deals are going on in his country’s name.

This should not surprise anyone who’s followed dimentia jo. He’s probably in bed now all drugged up. This is really the biggest absence of leadership I’ve seen in my lifetime in following politics.

And so it begins - the pre-planned project to remove the dolt and replace him with Obama’s first choice, Kamala. Things will be falling like dominos until about Christmastime, and then all new people.
This is strange. It was well known in defense circles that Australia was greatly displeased with the progress on the French submarine contract. Delivery dates were already extended well into the future. That Australia was ready to make a jump should have been passed to Biden through his daily intel briefing — if he is receiving a briefing.
Ok, what’s really going on here? Is Kerry trying to kiss up to France, or throwing Joe under the bus, or the people dreaming up Joe’s policies?
An odd move on Kerry’s part.
Wouldn’t it be easier to list the things Joetato is aware of?

The Australian - French submarine “contract” IS NOW a Communist Chinese war (in words and trade and social networking propaganda!) across the globe!
It is NOT a US-Australia “deal” in anything but the fact that, once Australia canceled its perpetually-failing, ever-longer-delayed, ever-more-expensive contract to build diesel electric (short-range) subs with France , the ONLY people who can deliver long range (nuclear) submarine enginerooms and reactors are the US and UK.
Yes. If Australia told the Biden State dept what they planned, China would immediately have used Biden-Hunter-Pelosi-Fienstein-etc-etc-etc to get the deal canceled. Probably by invoking some invented “nuclear-proliferation” scheme by claiming the Aussies would develop nuclear bombs from the Navy reactor fuel.
Note carefully that long-range,long-duration subs like nuclear are the ONLY threat to Chinese occupation and naval blockade of the entire Asian coastline around from China through the Straits to India and Pakistan.
Because he needs to have France happy in order to supply his truffles.
Biden. He has no clue about how to tie his shoe.
