I believe the incoherent and panicky response to COVID by the Deep State agencies that are responsible for Public Health policy is best explained by the fact that many people know part of the origin story, few know all of it, and they are following a “hang together or we all hang separately” strategy.
Each mid level bureaucrat must be terrified of accidental disclosure of information that solves the crime by supplying a missing piece of the puzzle.

Exactly on point. This is why there is no civil/nuke action verses China. To do so we would have to nuke DC, Palo Alto, Duke University, and Fauci’s house with him in it. Early on the chinks mentioned Ft Ditrick as a collaborator. We poo pooed that. Maybe some kernal of truth there albeit they are responsible for the release of this disaster. 700,000 US dead and some more infermed, so far.
