Okay, THIS hits me hard.
One of the reasons why I want one is the commercial where you see the father looking at the mangled remains of his car and saying, “if only there’d been time to react!”
Then the scene changes, and there’s a Subaru in his driveway and his adorable daughter comes bounding out of the house, saying something like, “Let’s go, Daddy!”
That hits me in the feels as the internets say, and while my Hondas have been reliable, I love the safety features on my brother’s new car.
My husband can’t drive because of a serious accident a few years ago, so it’s all me now. I’ve been driving since I was 17 — but I need all the help I can get these days.
My 17 year old Momvan is very low tech — I want all the safety bells and whistles now.
