It was done to make it look like he didn’t need a teleprompter, which you can see. On the set where this was done, he has a larger screen to read from so it doesn’t look as obvious straight on.

The main reason is probably the Teleprompter straightahead. Another reason could be advance planning for when Biden stays in Delaware. Everything about his presidency is fake.
Except the horrific damage he is doing at every level.

Is he SO insecure he needs that setting to remind us he is POTUS? Maybe he knows deep inside (or not so deep) that he cheated to win the election and has to remind himself? Maybe he is suffering “imposter syndrome” and knows he doesn’t deserve the presidency or that he cheated his way into it? He probably KNOWS that 81 million people didn’t vote for him and needs this comfort blanket setting.
Did his shrink or Alzheimers doctor recommended this as a way to comfort him and boost his self esteem?
Something really weird is going on. No other president would have even thought about doing this, least of all President Trump. They were comfortable in their own skins.
Can anyone explain this to me. Why create a fake set when you are in the real thing. Is this to control the lighting so the guy doesn’t look like a corpse, or did Valjar take over the Oval office and kick the dumb bastige out? Nothing these commies do makes sense and no one with any cashe calls them out.
It’s the Bidenists who are running the show, and if the Republicans did their job they would open up a full scale investigation to find out who are making these decisions and why there would be a fake WH setting.
Radical decisions are being implemented that are changing this country forever, there will be no going back and it is imperative that this cabal is taken down.
They're widely dilated. He's medicated. He's deteriorating more and more with every passing week. Soon the medications he's being given won't work anymore. Either he'll be out by Thanksgiving or for certain he won't be in The White House this time next year.
Studio lights are intensely bright...even if the filming is an actual room. Dilated eyes in that kind of lights is a dead give away.
This Administration’s severe shortcomings and stuff like this been in front of everyone, every day, for all to see, but liberals are a special kind of stupid sheep.
These days most of our homes are set up for conference calls. I have a hard time believing they can’t configure the oval office for that!
